Following his successful stint at GM, Rashed joined The Boeing Company as the Senior Manager for the Operations Control Center. Rashed’s most notable contribution has been at Augmedix, where he manages 40% of the global business. Under his leadership, Augmedix Bangladesh experienced exponential growth, expanding from fewer than 100 employees to over 1,000 within six years. His strategic initiatives transformed the Bangladesh operations into the company’s most profitable center, achieving a 60% gross margin and reducing costs by 65%. This site is now recognized as the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Augmedix globally.
Entrepreneurial Ventures
Rashed is also a passionate startup enthusiast. One of his ventures, Cybernetics Hi-Tech Solutions Ltd, developed Bangladesh’s first Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), which is now actively serving in UN Peacekeeping missions.
